JAMAICA, NY - Playing on the road for the final time this season, the Yeshiva Women's Soccer Team fell to York College, losing to the Cardinals by a score of 6-0 on Friday, Nov. 1.
Offensively, the Maccabees were led by
Lauren Williams and
Alexis Leibowitz, both of whom recorded a shot on goal.
On the defensive side of the ball, keeper
Simone Amkraut had a stellar outing, facing 32 shots and recording 15 saves, all while allowing the fewest number of goals conceded all season.
With the loss, the Macs are now 0-14 on the year.
