BRONXVILLE, NY - Picking up their first Skyline win of the season on the road, the Maccabees swept Sarah Lawrence College, downing the Gryphons by a score of 7-0 on Tuesday, Sept. 17.
The Maccabees started off strong in doubles play, picking up the doubles point following three straight victories. The Macs carried that momentum into their singles matchups, picking up all six victories to leave SLC with a perfect win.
About the result, Coach Miller had to say, "A great bounce back win, and a great way to avenge last year's 4-3 defeat!"
With the win, the Macs are now 2-3, 1-2 in conference play.

- The Maccabees did not let their foot off the gas in singles play, taking all six matches in straight sets.
- Adler (6-2, 6-1), Micka Mimoun (6-2, 6-0), Sarah Leiderman (6-0, 6-0), Anna Laufer (6-0, 6-0), Sarah Grunseid (6-0, 6-1) and Eliana Tilem (6-0, 6-3) all thoroughly routed their opponents, securing the 7-0 sweep for the Maccabees.
