QUEENS, NY - Hosting their final home match of the regular season, the Yeshiva Men's Tennis Team took down the United States Merchant Marine Academy, defeating the Mariners by a score of 4-3 on Sunday, Apr. 6th.
The Maccabees dominated doubles play, taking wins in all three matches to claim the doubles point. While singles proved more competitive, with the two squads splitting it evenly three matches to three, Yeshiva still came out on top, winning the dual match, 4-3.
With the result, the Macs are now 7-3, 5-0 in conference play.

- USMMA fought back in singles play, with Kamhi (7-5, 3-6, 7-5), Cattan (6-3, 6-4), and Adler (6-3, 7-6 [7-4]) falling in the No. 1, No. 3 and No. 6 seeded matches respectively.
- However, intent on keeping their undefeated conference record alive, the Macs rallied, Pfeifer (6-1, 6-3) and Israel Bussu (6-3. 7-6 [7-4]) downed their opponents in straight sets in the No. 2 and No. 4 slots, while Feit (5-7, 6-3, 6-1) came out on top in a three set slog in the No. 5 slot, capturing the fourth and decisive point to secure the Maccabees' 4-3 victory.
