Goldstein (CSI) Grabs Second Men's Divs. II/III Player of the Week this Season
Samet garnered the honors after leading the Maccabees to a pair of conference wins, posting 24 points versus Purchase College, and 23 points versus St. Joseph's University Brooklyn. In the second half against SJBK, the Monsey Mamba pushed his career point total to 2,163, officially passing the legendary Ryan Turell to become the all-time leading scorer in Yeshiva Basketball history.
Samet and Men's Basketball are set to return to the court on Saturday, Jan. 24th, when they will host Farmingdale State College.
