NEW ROCHELLE, NY - Braving the cold, the Yeshiva Softball Team faced off against Gallaudet University, dropping a doubleheader to the Bison by scores of 20-0 and 19-0 on Friday, Mar. 13th.

The Maccabees were led by
Aliza Feldman, with the senior tallying YU's only hit on the day.

With the result, the Macs are now 0-3.

HOW IT HAPPENED - Game 1 (L, 20-0)
- Despite tallying their only hit of the afternoon on the very first at bat, the Maccabees were unable to capitalize, leaving runners on base six times throughout five innings.

- YU's best chance to score came in the bottom of the third, when the Macs placed runners on the corners with two outs. Unfortunately, one last strikeout left the inning scoreless.

- Gallaudet capitalized on YU's offensive woes, scoring 10 runs in the first, six in the second, one in the third, two in the fourth, and one in the fifth.

HOW IT HAPPENED - Game 2 (L, 19-0)
- The Maccabees once again struggled in game two, not registering a hit. Yeshiva got runners on base twice, when Feldman reached third in the bottom of the first, and then again when she reached first in the bottom of the third.

- Gallaudet found more success, putting up four runs in the first, five in the second, three in the third, three in the fourth, and four in the fifth.
