TEANECK, NJ - Hosting their first Skyline matchup of the season, the Yeshiva Baseball Team dropped a doubleheader to the University of Mount Saint Vincent, falling by scores of 17-2 and 14-0 on Monday, Mar. 23rd.

With the result, the Macs are now 0-14, 0-6 in conference play.

HOW IT HAPPENED - Game 1 (L, 14-0)
- Yeshiva struggled in game one, being held to just four hits, none of which translated to runs.

- The Maccabees were not without their chances to score, loading the bases with two outs in the bottom of the seventh. Unfortunately, one final strikeout left Izzy Gober, Jacob Canner, and Noah Steinmetz all stranded.

- YU's pitching could not contain UMSV's bats, with the Dolphins scoring four runs in the first, one in the second, one in the third, one in the fourth, two in the fifth, and five in the sixth.

- YU found more success offensively in game two, tallying two runs when Josh Canner and Gavriel Weinstein both scored in the bottom of the third.

- Unfortunately those would prove the only Maccabee runs of the day, while UMSV tallied four in the second, two in the third, five in the fourth, one in the fifth, two in the sixth, and three in the seventh.
