MONTCLAIR, NJ - Taking on a conference foe for the first time since March, the Yeshiva Men's Tennis Team took down St. Joseph's University Long Island, shutting out the Golden Eagles 7-0 on Tuesday, Apr. 14th.
The Maccabees started strong in doubles play, picking up wins in all three matches to take a 1-0 lead headed into singles play. YU continued to roll in singles, coming out on top in all six contests to complete the 7-0 sweep.
With the result, the Macs are now 6-6, 4-1 in conference play.

- The Maccabees proved inexorable come singles play. The men in blue and white continued to roll, as Feit (6-0, 6-1), Bussu (6-2, 6-2), Esrail (6-3, 6-3), Zahavi (6-2, 6-3), Kinches (6-3, 7-5), and Najman-Licht (6-0, 6-1) all won in straight sets.
- With the sextet of victories, Yeshiva locked down their shut out of the Golden Eagles, 7-0.
