NEW YORK, NY – A pair of Maccabees had double-doubles as Yeshiva won their 3^rd game of the season, defeating Medgar Evers on the road 69-61.  Rebecca Yoshor led the team with 26 points and 10 rebounds, while Haley David added 19 points and 15 boards.  The Macs are 3-14 with one game remaining this season.
 
Led by Yoshor's 4th consecutive double-double, and 13^th of the season, the Macs never trailed in the game and were up by as many as 21 points midway through the second half.  Haley David had her 6^th double-double of the season, and 6^th consecutive double digit scoring effort.  Moriah Green, Mercedes Cohen and Naomi Gofine each pitched in with 6 points apiece, with Green leading the team by dishing out 5 assists. 
 
Yeshiva has one game remaining this season, a matchup with Cooper Union on Sunday at 11AM.  The game will be played at the Yeshiva HS for Girls, in Queens, NY.
