NEWBURGH, N.Y.— The Yeshiva men's soccer team was defeated 10-0 by Skyline Conference foe the College of Mount Saint Mary on Sunday.
The host Blue Knights took a 2-0 lead with a pair of goals through the first twenty one minutes of the contest before the Maccabees had to play with one less player due to a red card.
Mount Saint Mary, who currently stand in second place in the Skyline standings with 17 points, capitalized on having a player up for the remaining sixty-nine minutes. The hosts scored four more goals through the final twenty-five minutes of the first half to lead 6-0 at the break.
The Blue Knights were led by Matt Garcia who scored three goals in the first half. Teammates Sean Barton and Mark Maus added two goals each in the contest.

Doron David made 11 saves in the contest, while
Jack Sztrigler,
Leon Aboudi and
Daniel Benchimol took two shots each for the Maccabees.
Yeshiva is back in action on Wednesday for a non conference game against Vaughn College, 8:30 p.m. at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
