Box Score NEWBURGH, N.Y. --- The Yeshiva University men's soccer team picked up a 1-1 tie in double-overtime at Mount Saint Mary College on Wednesday night at Kaplan Field in Newburgh, New York.

Josh Pransky said. "To play 110 minutes, a man down, to get a point out of it is phenomenal. I am proud of our defensive effort and our team-first mentality."
Yeshiva got on the board first when sophomore midfielder
Aaron Braun (Weston, Fla. / David Posnack) scored his fourth goal of the season in the 27
th minute, scoring off a put-back with an assist from senior midfielder
Daniel Amar (Dimona, Israel / Laymen). The score remained 1-0 heading into halftime.
Mount Saint Mary tied it up in the 66
th minute on a header from senior forward Michael Ennis (Carmel, N.Y. / John F. Kennedy H.S.), and two overtime periods were not enough to break the 1-1 stalemate.
Yeshiva sophomore goalkeeper
Maor Feinstein (Gold Coast, Australia / Havat Hanoar Haziony) recorded two saves in net.
With the tie, Yeshiva is now 6-5-2 overall on the season and 5-1-2 in the Skyline Conference standings. They remain in control of their own destiny for the number two seed in the upcoming championship playoffs. It will be the first time in school history the Maccabees have reached the postseason. Mount Saint Mary's ends the night at 5-9-3 with a 5-2-3 record in league matches.
