NEW YORK, N.Y. – The Yeshiva University women's basketball team will be in action on Wednesday evening, for a non-conference game against CCNY, at the Arc Arena on the campus of Baruch College. The contest is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m.
Yeshiva is in search of its first win of the season, while CCNY is 5-3 overall. When these two teams met last season, CCNY earned the win by a score of 66-56, at the Nat Holman Gymnasium.

Yeshiva is coming off a 76-61 loss to St. Joseph's College of Brooklyn in Skyline play on Monday evening. In that game, Yeshiva was led by sophomore forward
Michal Alge who tallied her second consecutive double-double, with 13 points and 14 rebounds. Junior guard
Tess Blaustein scored 12 points, while senior guard
Ester Kerzner and junior forward
Simee Rosner each scored 11.
For the season, senior forward
Julia Owen leads the Maccabees in scoring, with an average of 10.7 points per game, and dishes out 2.1 assists per contest. Alge grabs a team-high 10.9 rebounds per game.
