NEW YORK, N.Y. – The Yeshiva University women's basketball team fell to Mount Saint Mary, 59-26, at the Arc Arena on Sunday evening.
 
The Knights (9-10, 7-5 Skyline) scored the game's first nine points and never looked back.
 
For the game, the Maccabees (0-15, 0-10 Skyline) were led by sophomore forward Michal Alge, who produced a team-high nine points and grabbed 10 rebounds, just missing a double-double. Junior forward Simee Rosner tallied seven points and pulled down five boards. Senior forward Julia Owen scored five points and added six rebounds, while junior guard Tess Blaustein dished out two assists. Senior guard Yael Anna Hausdorff forced two steals.
 
Yeshiva will be back in action on Wednesday, for a Skyline conference game at Mount Saint Vincent, beginning at 8:30 p.m.
