MAHWAH, N.J. – The Yeshiva University men's tennis earned an impressive win over Ramampo College, 6-3, out in New Jersey on Thursday afternoon. It was battle of multi-time defending conference champion as the Maccabees (5-1) have won two consecutive Skyline Championships, while the Roadrunners (6-2) earned three straight GNAC titles.
Leading the way for the Maccabees was senior
David Papis Elon, who won his number one singles match, 7-5, 1-6, and 6-3, while teaming up with freshman
Mikey Ozery to win #1 doubles, 8-2. Ozery won a tight third singles match, 6-4 and 6-4.

Dmitri Lebedyev cruised to win at #2 singles, 6-0, and 6-0, while classmate
Daron Greenblatt won both sets in 7-5, and 6-2. Sophomore
Charlie Friedman and senior
Charles Saka teamed up to win at #3 doubles, 8-5.
The Maccabees will battle Division I Fordham University, on Friday, beginning at 12:00 p.m.
