EDGEWATER, N.J. – The Yeshiva University men's tennis team concluded the regular season with a convincing Skyline win over St. Joseph's College of Brooklyn, 9-0, at the Binghamton Racquet Club on Tuesday evening. Yeshiva finishes the regular season undefeated in Skyline play, at 7-0, and went 11-3 overall.
Junior
David Papis Elon, who won at #1 singles 6-1 and 6-0, led Yeshiva. He combined forces with junior
Eitan Rudansky to win the first doubles match, 8-0. Rudansky won at #4 singles, 6-3 and 6-0. Sophomore
Charlie Friedman cruised to a win at #2 singles, 6-2 and 6-2. He teamed up with junior
Adam Wannon in the second doubles flight, and won 8-3. Wannon won both sets in the third singles contest, 6-1 and 6-1.

Avi Seidman won at #5 singles (6-2 and 6-0) and #6 singles (6-0 and 6-0) respectively, while teaming up to win at #3 doubles, 8-1.
Yeshiva has clinched the #1 seed in the upcoming Skyline Conference championships. The Maccabees' quest for a third straight Skyline tournament championship will begin on Wednesday, May 4, at the Binghamton Racquet Club. Time and opponent are to be determined.
