HARRISON, N.Y. – The Yeshiva University men's tennis suffered a non-conference loss to Division I Fordham University, 6-1, at Lifetime Athletic Center, on Friday afternoon.
Leading the way for the Maccabees (5-2) was senior
Dmitri Lebedyev, who earned the victory at #2 singles, 6-4, and 6-4. Freshman
Mikey Ozery took the second set at #3 singles, but fell short in the match, 7-5, 3-6, and 10-3. Ozery and junior
David Papis Elon teamed up in #1 doubles. It was a competitive doubles match, with each team winning five sets, but the match went unfinished.
