FLUSHING, N.Y. – The Yeshiva University women's tennis team earned a convincing victory over Sarah Lawrence College, 9-0, on the Queens College Tennis Courts on Tuesday evening. With the win, Yeshiva now clinches the No. 1 seed in the upcoming Skyline Conference championships. The Maccabees conclude conference play with an undefeated record of 6-0.
Yeshiva (7-1 overall) won every game in doubles play. At #1 doubles, junior
Rebecca Packer and sophomore
Bailey Frohlich cruised to victory by a score of 8-0. Packer came back to win at #2 singes, 6-0, 6-1, while Frohlich did not drop a single game in her two-set victory in the fourth singles position.

Adele Lerner won the first singles flight, 6-1, 6-0. She teamed up with sophomore
Michal Ladenheim to dominate at #2 doubles, 8-0. Ladenheim won every game in both sets at #5 singles.

Rachel Slater teamed with sophomore
Rikki Weingarten to win at #3 doubles, 8-0. The former won the third singles flight, 6-0, 6-0. Sophomore
Shana Adler won at #6 singles in two sets, without dropping a game.
Yeshiva will be back in action on Monday, for a non-conference match at Western Connecticut State, beginning at 4:00 p.m.
