Box Score NEW YORK – The Yeshiva University women's basketball team had its senior night ceremony, before falling to Drew University by a score of 78-36, at the Max Stern Athletic Center on Monday evening.
YU's graduating seniors,
Miriam Kazlow,
Lindsay Brandwein, and
Chana Boltax were honored with a ceremony in front of their family and friends (via Zoom) in the gymnasium.

As for the game, each senior had a moment to shine. Boltax, making her season debut, grabbed a rebound and converted a layup to score the game's first two points. Brandwein finished the game with six points, 11 rebounds, and a pair of blocked shots. In the closing seconds of the contest, Kazlow drained a 3-point field goal. The Woodmere native also grabbed a rebound and dished out an assist.
The Rangers (4-3) outscored the Maccabees (0-5) by 15 in the first quarter and never looked back. YU did win the fourth quarter, 17-16.
For YU, sophomore guard
Yuval Nitzan tallied 15 points, eight rebounds, and three assists. Junior forward
Jennie Mellman netted eight points, while classmate
Rebecca Malech brought down eight boards.

Five players scored in double figures for Drew. Sophomore guard Joey Meyers led the way with 13 points, eight rebounds, and four assists. Junior guard Sekya Campbell generated 11 points with eight boards.
Yeshiva will host Sarah Lawrence College, at the Max Stern Athletic Center, on Sunday evening. Tip-off is scheduled for 6:00 p.m.
