With the victory, Yeshiva (5-13, 1-4 HVWAC) locked up the No. 5 seed in the upcoming HVWAC Championships. First-round action gets underway Thursday night (Feb. 14), and the Macs will play against either College of New Rochelle, or St. Joseph's College of Brooklyn. Time and site for the contest will be determined following Tuesday night (Feb. 12) play.

In total, nine YU players scored points against the Warriors, including junior forward and Capital One Academic All-District selection, Rebecca Yoshor (Houston, Texas), who led all scorers with 15 points to go with 11 caroms and a game-best six steals in just 18 minutes of action. Sophomore guard Ester Kerzner (Houston, Texas) chipped in with six points along with tying Gofine for the game-high with five helpers.
