NEW YORK, N.Y.— The Yeshiva men's volleyball team lost to John Jay College 3-0 (20-25, 24-26, 21-25) on Wednesday evening.
 
The Maccbaees were led by Jared Rechnitz with seven kills and eight digs, while Eliakim Gartenberg and Benjamin Mann had four kills each. Gartenberg added two service aces and three blocks (two solo, one assist) for the Maccabees. Mishael Miller added nine digs, while Adam Rhodes had 17 assists, two digs and three blocks (one solo, two assists).
 
John Jay was led by Jack Palleschi with 11 kills, five digs and five blocks (four solo, one assist).
 
Yeshiva is back in action on Sunday for a multi match at NYU Poly. The Maccabees will face Sage College at 12 noon and Kean University at 2 p.m.
