Tuesday begins the critical closing stretch for the Maccabees, as they host the Panthers of the College at Old Westbury, at the Max Stern Athletic Center, beginning at 8:00 p.m. After tonight, Yeshiva has only two games remaining, both at home, in the regular season.

game program.
Â
The Panthers come in with a 14-3 record in Skyline play, which is the best in the conference. These two teams met this past Thursday, out on Long Island, as Old Westbury won the contest, 83-70.
Â
Thanks to the victory at Sage on Sunday, The Maccabees clinched a berth in the Skyline Conference Championships for the second straight season. A win tonight would clinch a home playoff game for Yeshiva.
Â
Freshman guard
Judah Cohen was named the Skyline Conference Rookie of the Week on Monday. For the second week in a row, senior forward
Shelby Rosenberg was inducted into the conference's weekly honor roll.
Â
For the season, Rosenberg leads the Maccabees with an average of 18.6 points per game. His seven rebounds per contest are also a team-high. Senior guard
Shaje Weiss scores 14.1 points a game, while junior forward
Michael Berg is averaging 9.9 points and 3.6 assists per contest.
