Box Score PALISADES PARK, N.J. – The Yeshiva University baseball team suffered a Skyline Conference loss to Purchase College, 26-1, at the Palisades Park Baseball Field on Tuesday evening. The second game was declared a "no contest."
Yeshiva got its lone run thanks to an RBI double by junior outfielder
Chaim Rosenberg that scored senior shortstop
Kolya Miller, in the bottom of the sixth. For the game, sophomore first baseman
Ari Schanzer and junior outfielder
Elan Paul each produced two hits, while sophomore third baseman
Jared Isaac added a single of his own.
The Maccabees will be back in action on Friday, for a Skyline Conference doubleheader at Farmingdale State, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
