Box Score 2 OLD WESTBURY, N.Y. – The Yeshiva University softball team dropped both ends of its Skyline Conference double-header to the College at Old Westbury, out at Jackie Robinson A .C., on Friday afternoon. Yeshiva fell in game one, 24-0, and dropped game two, 8-0.
In the first game, freshman third baseman
Gabi Chutter produced a single and stole a base, while sophomore catcher
Sarah Hiller drew a walk added a single of her own. Senior first baseman
Shoshana Rozenberg and junior left fielder
Devorah Lamm also added walks.
In game two, junior center fielder
Ellie Chase produced a single and stole a base, while senior shortstop
Hannah Dubin and Rozenberg each produced a hit.
Yeshiva will be back in action on Sunday, for a Skyline Conference double-header against the Sage Colleges, at Fordham University, beginning at 6:00 p.m.
