Nitzan produced 12 points to go along with five assists and four rebounds, in Yeshiva's conference-opener at Manhattanville College, on Tuesday evening. This season, the rookie guard is averaging 11.0 points, five assists, and 3.3 rebounds per game.
Turell was named the Skyline Player of the Week, this past Tuesday. The Los Angeles native tallied a game-high 21 points, shooting 7-for-11 from the field, while grabbing 10 rebounds to earn the double-double in the Macs' victory over the Sea Gulls of Salisbury University, on Saturday night. Less than 20 hours later, the reigning Skyline Rookie of the Year produced a game-high 32 points, while grabbing four rebounds, distributing a pair of assists, and blocking just as many shots to help Yeshiva earn a come-from-behind victory at Washington College.
