BRONX – The Yeshiva University golf team continued its strong play on Friday morning, defeating Skyline rival St. Joseph's College Long Island by a score of 341-353, on the Pelham Bay Split Rock Golf Course.
Leading the way for the Maccabees (3-1, 3-1 Skyline) was sophomore
Amiel Kerstein, who led all golfers with a score of 76. He birdied on the fifth, 13
th, and 16
th holes.
Senior
Jordan Soclof scored an 84, while sophomore
Aaron Cohen officially made his collegiate debut and carded an 87.

Alex Malech (94) and junior
Benjamin Pray (95) also participated for the Maccabees.
Yeshiva will be back in action on Friday, for the Farmingdale State College Invitational, on the Bethpage Red Course. Tee-off is scheduled for 11:00 a.m.
