NEW YORK, NY - Capping a regular season that saw the squad post a 3-3 record and achieve a Semi-Final berth in the Skyline Playoffs, the Yeshiva Women's Tennis team saw three players named to the All-Conference teams, as announced on Wednesday, Oct. 30th.
 
Shira Adler, Sarah Grunseid and Sarah Leiderman all earned the accolades following excellent seasons of play, with Adler being named to the All-Conference First-Team,  while Leiderman and Grunseid garnered spots on both the All-Conference Second-Team.
 
As Yeshiva's No. 1 option in both stages of play, Adler proved herself and the undoubted leader and co-captain of the Maccabee squad. In singles, she posted a mark of 3-5 overall, while in doubles she recorded a 2-4 record.
 
A senior captain in her own right, Grunseid distinguished herself both on and off the court, intent on not only high level play, but high level character. In both doubles and singles she posted records of 7-1, going nearly unbeaten in singles play after just barely falling to one of the top players in the conference.

Leiderman proved one of YU's most reliable pieces on the court, in both facets of play. In singles, she recorded a mark of 3-6 primarily from the No. 3 slot (occasionally sliding up to No. 2), and in doubles she teamed up with Anna Laufer for a record of 4-5.
 
Women's Tennis is back on the court on Wednesday, Oct. 30th, taking on No. 1 seed Manhattanville in the Skyline Semi-Finals.
