NEW YORK - A pair of Yeshiva University cross country runners, senior
Jonathan Greenberg of the men's team and sophomore
Estee Brooks of the women's program, earned a spot on the Skyline Conference Weekly Honor Roll on Monday.
This is Greenberg's second honor roll accolade from the conference this season. The Cedarhurst native set a personal-best time of 29:40.2 in the 8k race at Iona's Meet of Champions, this past Friday.
Brooks also competed at Iona's Meet of Champions, completing the 5k race in just 22:25.6. The Denver native continued her momentum on Sunday, as she earned a sixth place finish among 97 racers at the York College (N.Y.) Invitational. Brooks completed the 6K course in 27:26.30 to lead Yeshiva to a third place finish.
