MILTON, NY - Competing in their final meet before the Skyline Conference Championships, the Yeshiva Men's Cross Country Team took part in Mount Saint Mary College's MSMC Fall Festival, finishing third on Sunday, Oct. 19th.
The Maccabees faced off against three other teams, racing alongside: Dominican University, Bridgeport University and Medgar Evers College in the Men's 8k.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- As a team, the Maccabees finished third of four teams, ending the day with a score of 55.
- On an individual level, Yeshiva was led by Jacob Rabinovitch, with the junior placing seventh with a time of 32:37.6.
- Also finishing in the top ten, Synatra Tarenyika placed eighth with a time of 32:50.6, and Avishai Jutkowitz placed 10th with a time of 33:45.5.
- Rounding out the field for the Macs, Moshe Sitzer finished 17th at 37:22.5, Eliezer Siklos finished 19th at 38:52.2, Jonathan Werta finished 23rd at 44:39.7, and David Deutsch finished 28th at 52:00.8.
