MILTON, NY - Hitting the grass for the first and only time in October, the Yeshiva Men's Cross Country Team took on Skyline rival Mount Saint Mary College on Sunday, Oct. 27.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED

• Sapir Amar topped the entire field, placing first with a time of 19:51.6, nearly 30 seconds faster than second place.
   
• Rounding out the top three for the Maccabees, Menachem Junik finished third with a time of 20:27.0.
   
• Also competing for YU, Jonathan Werta placed sixth wearing the white and blue, finishing with a time of 25:35.0.

Kicking off November on the track, the Macs will travel to Old Westbury for the Old Westbury Halloween Meet on Friday, Nov. 1.
