MORRIS COUNTY, NJ - Traveling out to New Jersey to take on a pair of non-conference foes, the Yeshiva golf team finished second of three teams, competing against both FDU-Florham and William Paterson University.
Wrapping up the day with 340 points and a mark of +52, the Maccabees placed behind FDU-Florham by just six strokes, while beating out William Patterson by five.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Macs saw four top-10 finishes on the day. Jonathan Savitsky led the way with a mark of +11, good enough to tie for second place, while Judah Rolnick and Gavi Steinlauf both tied for fourth at +13.
- Slipping in just under the wire, Shlomo Gerstley tied for ninth with a score of +15.
- Also competing for YU, Michael Mintz finished 15th, putting up a result of +22.

Taking to the links again later this week, the Macs will travel out to Pelham Bay Park to compete against Skyline rival Mount Saint Mary College on Sunday, Apr. 14 at 9:00 PM.
