Saul Named Head Men’s Soccer Coach

NEW YORK, NY - Placing a former Maccabee at the helm, Yeshiva Athletics has named Alejandro Saul as the next head coach of the Men's Soccer Program.

Saul is just one year removed from being a student-athlete himself, providing him a unique insight into what it means to be a member of the Macs. The Argentina native spent four years with YU's men's soccer program, starting 34 of the 48 games he appeared in while racking up seven goals and seven assists. As a two-time captain, he helped lead Yeshiva to two Conference semifinal and one finals appearance, earning All-Skyline Second-Team Honors in 2023 for his efforts.

Saul is set to make his coaching debut on Friday, August 29th, when the Macs open their season at Swarthmore College.
