WAYNE, NJ - Playing in their first non-Skyline tournament of the season, the Yeshiva Golf Team competed at William Paterson University's WPU Pioneer Invitational, placing 12th on Tuesday, Sept. 9th.

Facing teams from across the region, the Maccabees teed off against: Stevens Institute of Technology, Drew University, Kean University, Rutgers-Camden, Marywood University, Delaware Valley University, FDU-Florham, Penn State Brandywine, William Paterson University, Montclair State University (Club), and Purchase College.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- As a team, the Macs finished with a score of 350 (+70), placing 12th, ahead of Purchase.

- Pinny Ehrenfeld led the way for YU, tying for 19th with a score of 81 (+11).
Â
- Also finishing in the top 50, Joshua Anziska tied for 45th with an 86 (+16).

- Rounding out the field for the Maccabees, James Goldschmiedt finished 59th with a 91 (+21), Noah Friedman tied for 60th with a 92 (+22), Isaac Berry tied for 67th with a 95 (+25), and Yoni Kwestel finished 71st with a 99 (+29).

UP NEXT
Hosting their first event of the year, the Macs will travel to Pelham Bay Park for the Yeshiva University Invitational on Monday, Sept. 15th at 10:00 AM.
